Ø Completing work arranged by the University and the School, and policy decisions, implementation, and resolution.

Ø Coordinating the comprehensive work undertaken by several departments, and organizing important activities.

Ø Organizing administrative and other meetings held by the school.

Ø Interfacing with internal and external contacts, as well as receiving visitors.

Ø The management and use of the School seal, and other dedicated seals.

Ø Asset and facilities allocation and management.

Ø The safety, security, confidentiality, and management of files.

Ø The School’s website construction, maintenance, and publicity.

Ø Other work assigned by the leaders.

2. International Student Affairs Office ( Tel: 86-27-59750670 )

Ø Enrollment, publicity, and consultation of international students and students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan .

Ø Extensively connecting with overseas educational institutions and intermediaries, and expanding the international student base.

Ø The assessment, admission, approval, and registration of international students and students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan .

Ø Consultation and application of international student visas and residence permits.

Ø International student routine management, graduate employment consultation, and so on.

Ø The assessment and application of scholarships for international students.

Ø The expansion and construction of international students’ internships, social practices, and employment base.

Ø International student apartment management.

Ø Other work assigned by the leaders.

3. Teaching Affairs Office ( Tel:86-27-59750667 )

Ø Developing and improving the talents training plan for international students and international programs.

Ø International students teaching management, and the supervision and assessment of international programs’ teaching quality.

Ø The teaching management and assessment of international teachers who work in the School.

Ø International program development and application.

Ø The relationships with overseas cooperative universities and coordination within the University.

Ø International student Chinese language training and other short-term overseas cooperative training.

Ø The language training of students in overseas program, and of students and teachers who would study abroad.

Ø Overseas students’ short-term exchange.
