On April 10th, Geoffrey Sell, a foreign auditor at Higher National Diploma Committee, visited our International Vocational Education Center (IVEC) to conduct a one-day assessment of the center's HND (BTEC) program. The HND program administrator of IVCE, Wang Yang, and representatives of teachers and students participated in the review.

HND (BTEC) audits teaching quality and student management annually to ensure they are of good standard. This year’s audit focused on student management, teaching management and the management system in 2016, including the implementation of curriculum standards and the evaluation of courses. Mr. Sell shared his experiences in the HND (BTEC) program and joined the discussion after an introduction to IVCE.

After a day of intense examinations, the operation and quality of teachers and students of IVCE received praise from foreign experts. Their evaluation was that our students have good, professional quality spoken English, and they wished the students of the class of 2014 would study well in Britain, and that HND (BTEC) program in our center would continue to improve and grow stronger.
