The original Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors from Overseas (Student assistants would assist international students in applying for the Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors from Overseas at Nanhu Police Station, HUST Wuchang Branch, with the original passport, the copy of the first page of the passport, valid residence permit, and the latest stamp visa pages, and a hand filled Accommodation Registration Form for Foreign Nationals)
5. Certificate of Study Period (issued and sealed by SchoolofInternational Education)
6. The copy of Admission Letter (the original one should be printed on the document paper ofSchoolofInternational Education)
7. The third page of the original Visa Application for Study inChina(JW201 or JW202)
8. International students above 18 years old should submit the record of the interview for residence permit (obtained from the Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration)
9. International students above 18 years old should submit original and the copy of Health Certificate issued by Hubei Provincial Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau if they intend to apply for the Residence Permit of over 6 months. (The address of taking the medical examination: The International Travel Healthcare Center of Hubei Provincial Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,No. 457 Luoshi South Road, Hongshan District,Wuhan. Students can get their medical examination result 3 working days after they take the examination.)
