From March 13th to 20th, the Southwest Division competitions of the 19th Chinese University Basketball Association (hereafter referred to as 'CUBA') were held in (Huazhong University of Science and Technology. There were 18 boy teams and 12 girl teams taking part in the competitions.

After fierce battles, our university basketball team finally finished seventh with three wins, four defeat. Unfortunately, the team stopped by the 7th place in the Southwest Division and didn't reach the national competitions among the top 24 teams (only the top 6 teams of every divisions could attend the national competitions). 

Our university basketball team won the Sportsmanship Award this year.
